At Ladida, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
